These powered mixers combine the features you want with an efficient design that's ideal for unique laboratory applications like yours.

Standard-Duty Mixers
The 216 Series is our standard series of mixers. They’re perfect for scientific, industrial or pharmaceutical research and product development applications. Driven by our own Mag-Drive® motor, they are equipped with an industry-standard 10MM diameter shaft and available in all machineable materials. The 216-25, 216-36 and 216-50 mixer bodies are designed to mount directly into Ace Glass-style threaded ports with those corresponding thread sizes. The 216S can be used with a variety of metal and thermoplastic mounting adapters.

Heavy-Duty Mixers
Our 316 Series mixers are driven by the same Mag-Drive® motor that powers the 216 Series and are best for heavy duty mixing applications and when long shafts or large agitators are required. They are equipped with a larger body, a 0.50-inch diameter shaft, and an additional internal bearing for shaft support. The shafts are available in all machinable materials, but the 316-50 mixer body is available only in chemically resistant thermoplastics. The 316-50 is designed to mount directly into the Ace Glass-style number 50 threaded port, while the 316S is compatible with a variety of mounting adapters.

Drives
Delp Mixer's trademarked Mag-Drive® motor provides the power behind our standard 216 and 316 Series mixers. It's a magnetically coupled brushless DC motor that cannot decouple and dramatically reduces sparking hazards. The power supply comes in both 12- and 24-volt models (Model EG12 and Model HG24), with either manually or computer-adjusted speeds up to 2250 or 4600 RPM. Electric drive (Model EMC1) and air drive (Model AM1) motors also are available.
